Yesterday i bought “Razer Deathadder Essential” mouse from Noon app in (saudi arabia) on 13-02-2024, Today i got it  on (14-02-2024).

 

But When i try to register my mouse serial No its showing “We are unable to locate your serial number in our database.”.

and also not Detecting mouse in “razor SYNAPSE app”. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Could you post a photo of the mouse (connected to PC from top and the bottom view + photo of the USB cable plug)?

Let me assist you with your concern. Please PM me your device serial number so I can verify it in our system. You can use this link as a guide to check the serial number. Also, try to perform the steps here if Razer Synapse fails to detect your Razer DeathAdder Essential. All the best!
