Unable to detect Router using Sila App (android)

Hi there, Title is fairly self explanatory. I recently moved and had an issue with the app and had to remove the router temporarily. Since then I have been unable to detect it using multiple devices despite several router powercpower and toggling of wifi/Bluetooth on both android devices while trying to detect from inches away. Before this started, the router got stuck updating to RazerSila-2.0.438_api-2.0.414 but recovered and appears to have installed the firmware properly. All other aspects of the router are working fine and I can manage via web browser, just can't add to the management app. Anyone have any idea what I could do in this situation? Thanks!

If you haven't yet, I highly recommend that you reset to factory defaults by following this guide then reconfigure. In any case, please PM me the serial number of the router along with a short clip detailing how everything is interconnected. Let's go from there. *Locking thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
