unable to find device on razor audio app

I have purchased razor blackshark v2 pro 2 days ago . i am unable to connect on razor audio app , it shows unable to find device . i want to customise audio on my ios also . Please help me out in this. I have tried the restart device method also .

I understand you're having trouble connecting your Razer BlackShark V2 Pro to the Razer Audio app. I just want to inform you that the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro is not on the list for Razer Audio app-supported devices. You can verify this here.

 

However, you can configure your device's audio settings through Razer Synapse. Please refer to page 7 of this guide for instructions. If you have any further questions, Do not hesitate to send me a private message. Thanks!
