Unable to get past login screen in launcher

Every time I try logging into Razer Synapse with my account or continuing as guest, I get the same error "unable to get a new web socket connection from the pool in stage 1: remote error: tls: handshake failure". Unsure whats the cause, I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling razer, repairing razer, and restarting my pc.

    I also got this problem. I can't login in to the surround 7.1 as well.
