Since updating my hyperpolling dongle software to v2.00.02, I am unable to update DeathAdder v3 Pro software to v2.00.03_r1 and as a result I cannot pair the mouse to the Hyperpolling dongle and have to used it wired. When I try to run the mouse software update, it says “An update needs to be installed” and then fails to run anything and keeps repeating the same message.

I think you have to use the Dongle Pairing Utility but you might be able to do this via the one built in on Synapse (unsure)
I didn’t find a download link for the DeathAdder V3 Dongle Pairing Utillity but with some luck you might be able to find it, good luck!

I have the same issue and I tried everything that I could find but found that my mouse is on v1.00.06 and I cannot update it. The hyperpolling dongle does not connect and the mouse does not work wireless.

I have the same issue.
I don't know why it is left untreated forever.
im having this same issue with my viper ultimate and im going crazy trying to figure out how to fix it
