Hi Razer Support Team,

 

Why my purchased razer product with SN (REMOVED) cannot checking the warranty validation?

 

Please help, is it not original?

Hi @aihtakata,

 

I was able to validate the serial number in our system. It shows it was registered on September 9, 2023, to your Razer ID. If you’re having trouble with the warranty process, please let me know through PM so I can assist you accordingly.
