Unable to locate serial number in database

Hi -

I am trying to purchase Razer Care for my Blade 14 that I bought last year.  The last day to purchase it is March 28, 2025, so I am trying to buy it before that time.

However, when I try to enter my serial number into the field, it says “Unable to locate your serial number in our database.”

The laptop is registered and I can see it in my account.

Please help.

Wow.

Nothing from support.

Meanwhile, I’ve got a ticket that’s 9 days old with message after message of support bouncing me around various people.

This is probably the absolute worst example of support I’ve ever seen.

Forget it.  I’ll ditch the laptop and find another company.
