hi so i am currently trying to make a purchase for red dead redemption 2 on epic games with razer gold but as i have 2-step authentication set up the site has asked me to key in my code that has been sent to my phone number but i did not receive the code and after reloading I got a prompt saying that an unexpected error has occurred please try again is there anyway to fix this?
