Unable to open Synapse 2.0

I am in a position where I have an Orbweaver Chroma and it is unusable. All the keybinds and macros that I set up are no longer in use and the product has reverted to default. I am unable to open Synapse 2.0 to correct anything or reset my keybinds/macros. Any help/advice would be amazing as I love the Orbweaver

Keybinds and macros require the app to be running in the background to be functional. Have you tried the troubleshooting guide specifically for when Synapse won't launch? If not, click here.

I have tried multiple reinstalls and followed the official support guide in trying to get this working. There is just nothing that seems to make it work. It is installed and on my desktop but will not open

Do you have an antimalware or firewall running in the background? Those could also block the app from properly launching. In any case, please PM me. Let's continue this there.

I tried installing and running with no antivirus and firewall on and it still did not work. I installed and tried running Synapse 2.0 with everything off and no joy
