Unable To Redeem Razor Gold Gift Cards Purchased From Amazon

Dear Support Team,

Please help me that we are unable to redeem Razor Gold gift cards purchased from Amazon. Yesterday, I have tried two time purchasing Razer Gold gift card (Digital Code) and the gift recipient (My wife) unable to redeem. When she tried to click the gift card redeem link sent by Amazon, the link showing the following error message.

Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server.

Now I've got refund from Amzaon but still want to purchase Razer Gold GIft card. Coud you please check this link and confirm if we can purchase and redeem it again?
