I am writing to report an issue I’m experiencing with the product registration process for my newly purchased Razer BlackShark V2 X. I bought the headset today from Bangladesh and attempted to register it via your official product registration portal to receive the 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code.
Despite multiple attempts, the registration portal states that the product has already been registered, even though I have not registered it before. This is very confusing.
