Unable to register headphones without box

Hi,

 

I have lost a box from my razer Razer Kraken X Lite gaming headset but want to register them in synapse. Can you help me with it?

Serial number is (removed),  but I have no product number because it was on the box.

    I couldn't find your headset's serial number in our database. Also, the Razer Kraken X Lite model is not supported by Razer Synapse. You can visit this link for your reference.
