Unable to Register My Blackshark V2 X - Already Registered Error

Hello Razer Community,

I recently purchased a Blackshark V2 X headset and was trying to register it on the official Razer product registration page: https://razerid.razer.com/products.

However, I received a message stating that the headset has already been registered, even though I’ve never registered it before. I would like to register this product and obtain the activation code for 7.1 surround sound, but I've tried several times and it's still not working.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or can someone from Razer support assist me with resolving this?

I replied to your message regarding your device serial number. I have verified that the Razer BlackShark V2 X with serial number was registered to a different account and the 7.1 Surround Sound has been claimed since September 29, 2023. I suggest you take advantage of your warranty from the store since you just recently bought the product from them. You can also visit here to check the nearest store where you can buy the product and to ensure its authenticity. Please note that purchasing products from non-authorized dealers can often result in the use of counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods. Stay safe!
