Unable to register my mouse on Synapse

Model: (*Omitted) S/N: (*Omitted) It's bought over Razer's own Tmall store. I've tried to register the mouse on Synapse and it always gets the invalid serial number message. I'm sure there's no error with one-i or zero-O.

Okay, my earlier (*Omitted) model also failed to register. Its S/N is (*Omitted). Did we change the registration system somewhere?
