Unable to register my new Ornata keyboard

As many times as I’ve tried I cannot get my model number and serial number accepted by Raser web site. I had no trouble with Basilink mouse and Leviathon speakers though. I have used my camera to blow up large these two numbers but still get a message saying its not correct so here I am asking for help please, Melbourne Australia
