I’m in need of assistance i recently bought a NEW Razer Kraken V4 Pro Headset from amazon however upon trying to register it keeps telling me the product is ineligible for registration and the entire serial and product code is showing in red. I have my proof of purchase as well documented. Any assistance given in helping to register the product will be appreciated greatly.
