Unable to register new mouse and can't submit support ticket | Razer Insider

I'm trying to register the new mouse I bought, but it says the product no. and the serial no. don't match, but I have been very careful to make sure I'm entering them exactly as they are on the mouse and they are correct. I had no trouble registering my new keyboard, just the mouse. I tried to submit a case to Razer, but their site seems to be having technical difficulties as every time I try it says there's a network error. I don't know what else to do at this point other than try the forums. Anyone else experience this problem? Any ideas?
