Dear Razer Support Team,
I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X USB headset, and I am having trouble registering the product on your website.
When I enter the product number and serial number, the system says that the product number is invalid. I have attached a screenshot showing the error message.
Also, I understand that this model supports 7.1 Surround Sound, but I cannot activate the feature because I did not receive any activation code after purchase. The website does not recognize the product registration, so I am unable to obtain the code myself.
Could you please help me with:
1. Registering my product successfully
2. Issuing the activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound software
