Unable to Register Razer BlackShark V2 X USB – Invalid Product Number / Need 7.1 Surround Sound Code

Dear Razer Support Team,

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X USB headset, and I am having trouble registering the product on your website.

When I enter the product number and serial number, the system says that the product number is invalid. I have attached a screenshot showing the error message.

Also, I understand that this model supports 7.1 Surround Sound, but I cannot activate the feature because I did not receive any activation code after purchase. The website does not recognize the product registration, so I am unable to obtain the code myself.

Could you please help me with:
1. Registering my product successfully
2. Issuing the activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound software

Please let me know if you need any additional information or documentation. I appreciate your assistance.

I understand you are having registration issues with your Razer BlackShark V2 X. No worries, let me help you! Could you please send me a picture of your device showing the serial number? This will help me take a closer look. Also, please send me your proof purchase so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim. You can upload the picture of the device with the serial number and your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view".
