Unable to stay logged in, login not useful, auto logout 30 seconds


Hello,
When I start my computer I am now asked to login every time and when I do I can only see this screen for about 30 seconds and it will log me out again. Any help is appreciated.

i closed all processus Razer synapse 3 and I restart the application.
(I also have synapse 2, which I take care not to close the process because it works well)
it works for me

Hi, same problem here. Auto log in don't work, every time after windows start i get window to log in Razer application. So frustrating!

No solution, just try this, try that...blah, blah, blah. Razer Synapse is buggy, unfinished application and must to be update.

A clean reinstall helped me for the second time.

I have Synapse 2.0 installed too, because my older Razer Kraken headset is not supported with 3.0. It stayed logged in. I don't know if this information is useful for devs, but some update would be very nice on that 🙂

Thanks for letting me know. Should the issue persists, ensure to delete files inside this path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\WOW643NODE\\Razer\\ and update your .NET framework from Microsoft's page. Don't hesitate to send me a PM should you need another assistance.
