Unable to update firmware on Razer Atheris

I’m using Atheris_00620061_FirmwareUpdater_v1.12.00_r1.exe on Windows 11 (details below) on a Razer 15.

Both the dongle and mouse reported 1.03.00.

The dongle updated successfully. However, I cannot update the mouse.

I am stuck on the step “Add DfuMadison in the Windows Bluetooth Settings.”

I cannot get DfuMadison to show up.  I’ve tried removing all of the Bluetooth devices and following the instructions explicitly. I do see a second Razer Atheris appear as I follow the instructions and it reads Not Connected. If I remove the first Razer Atheris, the second one will connect and report the battery level (the first did not do this). Regardless, I can’t get the next button to enable.

Please advise.

Hello, I am having a similar problem with the update of my Razer Atheris mouse.

I am running Windows 11, which is fully up to date. When I run the firmware updater, I have managed to update the firmware on the dongle, but when I connect to bluetooth, the updater does not ‘see’ the mouse connect, and as such, does not allow me to click on then ‘next’ button. The button simply remains ‘low-lighted’.

I have removed the mouse from bluetooth, removed Razer Synapse, run the Razer Driver cleanup tool and rebooted. Still the same issue.

Hopefully someone could provide us with some advice here?

Thank you
