Unable to use Authenticator

I have logged in to my account but am unable to use the authenticator. I don’t recall setting up 2FA but if I did it was a long time ago. I don’t have Razer on the authenticator and I don’t have access to any backup codes. I have looked at several similar posts and all the links in those just link back to general support pages. Can someone please assist?
