Unbalanced Audio on Razer Kraken TE

Ive been having this problem recently with my Kraken Tournament Edition headset were the audio plays louder out of the left side. It balances it self out for a few minutes here and there but for majority of the time the left side is about 25% louder than the right. I've made sure all my drivers are up to date and so is Synapse. Thx Spatial is set to default for audio as well. Any recommendations or fixes would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Have you tried disabling Synapse to check if it behaves the same? Isolate the problem by following the steps on this page. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device. That'll help me look for other possible ways to sort it out. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
