I have been using a razer mamba elite for years now, and have never had this issue despite synapse being installed. I happened to install it the other day to test out a macro but now uninstalling sets my dpi to the factory profile despite my custom profiles begin stored on my mouse. I have tried re-installing and uninstalling the software, deleting leftover folders in %appdata% but it still wont use my onboard settings. Since this wans't an issue before i assume this is caused by an update in synapse. I really do not like my software holding me hostage.
Does anyone else have this issue or have some suggested fixes? I really just want my mouse to work at 1600 dpi without having synapse installed.

Never mind, I finally found the issue. It was the hidden files in program data that were not uninstalled, not in appdata. I really don't understand why it is so hard fully uninstall a program and not have it leave hidden files for seeming malicious purposes. I really hope razer steps up their software game, because I am unlikely to buy another razer product if synapse is a mess of a program while also being required to use the mouses features. I hope this post is useful for others who are having the same issue.
