Unknown Error has accurred/Server Exceptions

I can't order Razer Gold. An unknown error occurred/I am getting an error as a server exception, what main? My phone number is still reader but I am not receiving sms. what are you sure? please can you help me. I lost recovery keys I have mail I have phone case but the code is not coming to my phone number.
