I purchased a new keyboard. Once I try to register my product, I can't because whenever I enter P/N or S/N it says:
UNRECOGNIZED SERIAL NUMBER
Please double-check similar characters such as:
"I" and "1"
"O" and "0"
I triple checked them and it still says that.
Could you please help me on this issue.
