Unrecognized Serial Number

I’ve recently bought a Kraken V3 X headset and when I try to register it to my account to get the 7.1 Surround sound activated it keeps saying Unrecognized Serial Number despite trying all combs with I and 1’s and 0 and O’s. Any ideas how to get an activation code without the serial number?
