Unresponsive Blackwidow Keyboard

I have the BLACKWIDOW keyboard and I've been having some trouble with it. It functions perfectly as a regular keyboard, yet I'm not able to configure anything about it. I'm unable to change the color or reset it entirely, and there's always an error that appears. I'm receiving the error message: 'Your profile did not transfer successfully to your device’s Red on-board memory slot. Please try again.' Please keep in mind that this happens to all of the memory slots (red, green, blue, and cyan), so I'm not sure what to do. Synapse recognizes the device but is completely unable to change anything about it. I'm able to change the color in the software, but the physical keyboard does not change at all.
