I got my hands on a Blackwidow X Chroma Mercury edition keyboard and the caps lock doesn't work, i tried hard reset/ exit demo mode and it didnt change, ive updated synaspse. I am on Mac OS plz help

Is it possible for you to test it on a Windows PC? For now, let's try to isolate the behavior first by following the steps from this link. Should it persists, send me the serial number of your keyboard via PM. I need it to verify its model and look for possible solutions.
