I am so tired of the FAQ’s not no actually giving me a way to speak to customer support without having to go through the forums.
I need to update my phone number on my account. it will not send a code to my email, only my previous phone number. I don’t know how to access the backup codes or where to find them. I can’t even delete my account without it sending a code to my old phone number. It shouldn’t be this hard to update your own account.
