Updated to Synapse 4 profiles are gone.

Question

Hello, I was using Synapse 3, It stopped connecting to my Razer Naga wireless, I saw in the software it said I could upgrade to Synapse 4, I figured why not? It stopped working anyways, I tried updating through Synapse 3, but it would just close the app and do nothing, So I went a downloaded the Synapse 4 installer and ran it, But all of my profiles and macros aren’t showing up, Did it delete all my stuff?`

Your profile should still be working since the Razer Synapse 4 offers profile migration which allows users to transfer their Synapse 3 profiles, macros, and Chroma effects unless it was deleted from your Razer Synapse 3.0. Which Razer Naga model are you referring to? Refer to the list of Razer Naga models that are supported in Razer Synapse 4 below:

You can try isolating the issue by setting up your Razer Synapse 3.0 and Razer Naga on a different PC to check if your profiles are still intact and working. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional
