Can I install the Crucial P3 Plus 4TB PCIe 4.0 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD in the Razer 14 2022 model? The specs say a 2TB maximum but I am wondering if that is correct and why. Is it too thick, draw too much power or what? Thanks for any advice or help.
Crucials website states it is compatible : https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/razer/razer-blade-14-(2022)#ssd

Razer however do state a 2TB max. Warranty would be void, but technically it looks like it will work fine. I have 2 in my RB 15 2021. The original 1TB it came with, and a 2nd 1.8TB installed later.
The Razer 14 has less space than the 15 or 17 from what I find. Razer support says the chip is too thick and Crucial says not a problem and of course no one gives measurements. For games, docs, music and vids I really feel 4TB is what I need.
I personally wouldn't risk your warranty either. With mine I had to stick with a single sided samsung evo due to it sitting directly on top of the existing m.2 drive. You could always do an external m.2 Thunderbolt drive?
Finally found the reason 4 and 8 TB models are double sided and there is a piece in the slot area that rises up and will cause those modules to bend. That piece is on the motherboard so I would not mess with it. Customer support gave me conflicting answers, even telling me the 14 supported double sided drives. 2TB is the safest max the system will work with.
