I want to change my contact number but I need at least a backup code to let me change my contact number please tell me how to get the backup code for my account

You will want to log in from here, then click on Backup Codes. Do note that you will be asked to enter an OTP if you set up the two-step authentication. Don't hesitate to send me a message if you need further assistance.
