Dear Razer Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out for assistance with an issue I'm facing with my Razer Huntsman Elite keyboard.

Recently, I performed a firmware update on the keyboard. After the update, the keyboard became unresponsive every time I started up my computer. The only way to get it working was to unplug it and then plug it back in after every startup. In an attempt to resolve this issue, I decided to factory reset the keyboard. Unfortunately, this led to the keyboard becoming completely unresponsive. In addition to this, I noticed that the lighting effect on the keyboard had changed.

I tried to rectify the situation by updating the firmware again, hoping it would fix the issue. However, the Razer Synapse software indicates that the firmware is already up to date.

I am at a loss on how to proceed and am seeking your expertise in resolving this matter. The Razer Huntsman Elite is an essential tool for my daily tasks, and I would greatly appreciate a prompt solution.

Please let me know if there are any troubleshooting steps I should follow, or if there's any other information you require from me to better assist with this issue.
