Dear Razer Support,

I am writhing to express a critical issue with my recently purchased Razer Blade 14 laptop. I bought the laptop approximately 3 months ago.

Problem. The laptop has been experiencing overheating issue recently.

one day ago, the laptop shut down unexpectedly. Since then, I am unable to turn it on, and the screen remains black.

Action taken.- I have tried basic troubleshooting steps, such us power cycling the laptop and cheeking for loose connection. I   have have confirm that the laptop is plugged in receiving power.

I am concerned about this issue, especially considering the recent parches and the presence of the insurance coverage. I kindly request your assistance in diagnostic and resolving the problem.

Please advise on the next steps to troubleshoot the issue and potentially repair or replace the laptop under the warranty insurance plan. I am available to provide any additional information or diagnostic you may require.
