My laptop was sent back to Germany for repair a few weeks back.
The shipping company DHL would not release it until Razer responded to some import questions.
Razer in Germany have been contacted daily by telephone and email but have not responded to requests from me or DHL to respond.
Eventually I told them to give up and return the laptop to me.
They told me they will not do that without authorisation from Razer, but - guess what - Razer will not respond.
Today DHL informed me that on Tuesday the deadline for response expires and if Razer still have not responded then my goods will be destroyed.
If this happens I will hold Razer liable - please make contact with me urgently
