I recently bought the Razer Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed. It says it fits into USB A. However, it does not fit into my laptop, which has USB A ports. I have other razer mice (deathadder essential), and they fit just fine. I ordered a new one, i figured it might be a broken product, but i had the same issue. anybody had the same issues?

Can you connect the USB wireless dongle to another computer and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number of your mouse so I can verify it in our system and check the dongle issue.
