USB Audio controller i/o issue with Kraken tournament edition
I have a Kraken tournament edition and my issue is pretty uncommon. So basically I use the USB audio controller on my pc and I use the 3.5 mm jack on my laptop. I get both sound and mic input on my laptop (without USB controller) but when plugged in to my pc on the USB controller, I either only get audio output OR mic input depending on which one I used first.
So, if I opened discord first, the only one that would work would be my microphone and when I try watching a youtube video, it gives me an error message saying audio renderer error. On the other hand, when opening a game first, the sound will work fine but the microphone no longer picks up any input.
Grateful if I could find any sort of guidance on this matter.

Are you using a USB passthrough or a USB hub? If so, I highly recommend that you plug the audio controller directly to the PC. In any case, please PM me the serial number of the headset so I can verify the model and warranty status.

Then I highly recommend that you perform a clean installation of Synapse along with the device drivers by following this guide. Do shoot me a PM with the SN of your headset. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
