The new Blade 18 2025 has a greater max power draw than the previous model. Can it still be charged/used under USB-C power if lower power consumption settings are used? If so what is the greatest charge rate allowed via USB-C?
Yes, it still supports USB Type-C charging. It supports USB Type-C PD 3.0 charging up to 100W using a 20V charge. You can check its specs here.
