USB C Not Recognised

My Razer Barracuda X was working completely fine and out of no where they disconnected from my PC. I always have used the USB-C directly to my pc but its not working anymore.

I have tried it on other devices and other ports. I also tried it on the USB-A adaptor but no luck. 
 

The light just flashes blue but wont go static. My headset only works when connected with the audio jack but I can’t use that its too short and the mic doesnt work

 

Please help. Mi just wanna game :(

    We’re leaning toward a hardware fault right here. When and where specifically did you purchase it? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check the warranty status.
