USB C on my razer seiren elite?

I have a razer seiren elite and don't get me wrong the sound quality is amazing, but the connector is not. It uses a micro usb and it keeps breaking. The first one broke in 2 months, no problem I sent it back and razer replaced it. I though it was just a one off thing. Nope. This one lasted 5 months. Unfortunately razer said they would not replace it a second time when the did the first. (keep in mind I took very good care of this thing and went out of my way so it wouldn't break) But like all micro usb things, it broke. Now my question is: is there a way I can make my razer seiren elite into a usb c device. Not with an adapter that goes from micro usb to usb c becuase the micro usb DOES NOT WORK I mean internally. If not than razer lost a customer and I lost $199.99.

    Hey there! Thanks for creating this thread. Sorry to hear that your Razer Seiren Elite's USB port is not functioning. By the way, does the replacement micro-USB to USB cable from Razer broke as well? Were you able to test it on another device?
