USB-C won't connect to DisplayPort monitor

Razer Insider | Forum - USB-C - monitor no longer works I'm having the identical issue to this thread. My Blade 15 is a 2020 Base w 2070 Max Q. I've had it for about a week now, and just tested it with my Dell U4919DW via USB-C and HDMI. HDMI works fine. USB-C gives "Display connection might be limited. Make sure the DisplayPort device that you're connecting to is supported by your PC." FWIW, USB-C also doesn't work with my JBL Quantum 800 headset. It works fine using the wireless dongle (USB-A) and using the 3.5mm jack. Strangely, external HDDs and SSDs work fine. Help?
