Hello Everyone, I have had a Deathadder 2015 for 2 years, recently I had to reinstall my PC, and so downloaded Synapse, which had been updated, so I thought it was a good idea to take the new version, but my mouse is not detected. What to do about it? I'm on windows 10. Have a good day

Hi there, @CapitainGuile! Is the mouse working even it is not detected by the Synapse app? Also, can you send me the serial number of your Razer DeathAdder through PM? Let's continue from there.
