VAT invoice

Hi recently bought a keyboard direct from Razer - which has not yet arrived. I cannot get a VAT invoice. I tried raising a support but am being ignored. Like several companies, Razer are using the viruis as some sort of an excuse to not use computers. How can I get an invoice?

    Don't know about you but when I get to my account at razer store and click the order details I have a link at top right 'Print Invoice'

    Hi there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Have you checked if you have received an invoice email? Please check the associated email address' junk or promotions folder and see if the online receipt is there.
