Vertical lines on Blade 15 advaned 2021

Model - RZ09-0367x

 

So laptop screen stays with these vertical lines but I'm able to connect to an external display with zero issues on the display. Sometimes the laptop only boots up to a black screen.

 

I've tested battery issues, swapping out ram, cmos battery, system restore point, reinstalled drivers, hard reset (holding power down).

 

Do I possibly have a problem with the lcd cable? Is there anything else I can try?

Have you already performed a factory reset on your Blade 15 by following the steps from this link? Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team?
