Hello, I was wondering if this happened to anyone else and if there is a way to fix it or get my money back. I was playing a game and my headset just started popping like crazy, I read that others deal with this but my experience seems to be different because it wasn’t a quiet popping sound. it was sudden and kept happening, to the point where it was so loud that I had to yank my headphones off and couldn’t hear for a few seconds. I looked up ways to fix it and did all of the things that it suggests but I’m way to scared to put them back on because I don’t want it to happen again. I’ve only had these for a few days so I think mine is defective.
PS my volume was only at 4 so my game wasn’t loud at all, this was definitely the headphones
