I’ve had this headset for 3+ years now, and recently I booted up my pc as usual, hopped on YouTube and the video wouldn't play… some time after i can to the realization that somehow when my kraken is plugged in I can’t watch ANY videos or launch any game, they all just stuck on a buffer. everything works fine when i unplug the kraken. I also tried my other headset (Razer Nari Ultimate) and no issues whatsoever. I uninstalled the drivers, even went so far as to reinstall windows 11. But it still didn't fix my issue. Any suggestions on what can i do to fix it?
