I just got a new razer blade laptop with a 4k Oled display. It has 2080 super max Q and an intel i7-10875H. I have noticed a severe video playback issue when watching videos through Netflix (happens on both the app and on Edge browser) and through the movies and TV app. When I start a movie or show the video playback is fine but if I try to jump to a different scene by clicking the progress bar at the bottom, the video will get extremely choppy and unwatchable until I refresh or restart the app. I have updated all my drivers and am using the latest version of windows 10. I tried reinstalling all my display drivers and set everything to high performance (including making sure edge, netflix, and movies and tv where using my dedicated gpu. I even tried reinstalling windows and I noticed that the video playback issue was resolved but when I checked for updates on windows (and subsequently installed all the updates available) the problem resumed which makes me think this is not a hardware issue with my computer. Everything else on my computer seems to be running well and games perform great. Has anyone else had this issue? Any help would be much appreciated!
