I recently bought the Razer Pro. When I tried to use the device with teams, my image appears very pixelated. Is there any way to increase the resolution?



I have updated the device firmware and tried different USB ports.



The device has an awesome image within the native Razer software when streaming.

Are you referring to the Razer Kiyo Pro? Did you update the firmware of the device using the file available here? Also, please remove all Razer-related files from your PC by downloading the Razer Driver Clean-up tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Once done, restart your computer and reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0. Also, please reinstall your MS Team or try plugging the Razer Kiyo into a different computer (with MS Team) and see if the issue persists.
