My viper v2 pro has stopped working in wired mode ever since my usb C cable overheated and melted itself, the mouse still works and charges but it just won’t be recognized by my laptop in wired mode (I have to use wired mode bc I lost the wireless dongle) but I don’t know what to do bc I can’t update it through synapse is it won’t be discovered by my devices at all
