Hi anyone can help me , i just bought a viper mini a few months ago and the scroll wheel started being jumpy a month ago. Is there any solution that doesn't require to disassemble the mouse ?

    Were there any updates applied to your system or device before the issue? Have you tried connecting to different USB ports and check if it behaves the same? Isolate the behavior first by following the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, send me the serial number of your mouse via PM.
